PawLog ("we", "our", or "us") is a pet health and wellness tracking app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

• Pet data – names, species, breeds, birthdates, and health records you enter for your pets.
• Usage data – how you interact with the app (features used, session duration) to help us improve the product.
• Device information – device type and operating system, collected anonymously.

• Provide and maintain the PawLog service.
• Send you account-related notifications and reminders you set up.
• Improve and develop new features based on aggregate usage patterns.
• Respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information or pet data to third parties.

• Service providers – trusted vendors who help us operate the app (e.g., hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.

We retain your account and pet data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings, which will permanently remove your data within 30 days.

PawLog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
